      Free Food is about it.

      Cons

      Worse Job I ever had. Shoveling gravel would be better. Upper management is horrible. Restaurants badly understaffed. Bonuses are impossible to get. GMs are expected to work every day and 12-14 hrs a day on weekends. Upper management does not back GMs. They blame them. Extremely short handed. If you want to be treated like a dog. Get no bonuses and talk down to this is the job for you.

      You could get free meals each shift.

      Cons

      Almost never got a break even working 12 hours. Never knew the schedule more than 2 days in advance. Work environment was incredibly toxic. There managers were constantly on a power trip. Customers almost jumped me on various occasions. Absolutely no insurance.
