      Different problems with booking system, You are not allowed to listen to music while your on email

It's "Good to have you here too" :-) There are all sorts of reasons why we don't allow music whilst at your desk in the customer service center but we hope you like the duke box in the "Hacienda" canteen and the many break out areas that we now have and the fun activities we held over peak.       Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
