      Great perks, good salaries, feel valued by the company, clear paths for progression, fun place to work, nice offices

      Cons

      Disagree with some structural changes

      Hi and thanks for your review and comments. With regards to your concerns about structural changes, there is not a lot I can add on here as I'm not sure what you are referring to. The last major restructure was in September 2016 when we moved into full product group structure but you may be referring to something more departmentally focused.       Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
