Very Frustrated - Rentalcars.com Barcelona - Customer Advisor Booking.com Employee Review

Hi and thanks for your review. I can't be sure but this does look very much like a repeat review from one that was posted 23rd April, which I responded to yesterday. I can assure you that as a management team we welcome feedback of all types as that is the only way we will become the truly amazing place to work that we aspire to be. We are working very closely with the management team in Barcelona, holding listening sessions with colleagues and taking on board. As I said in reply to the last review a real demonstration of us listening is the change to the working pattern that was referred to there.
