Hi and thanks for your feedback, although I am clearly disappointed by what you have to say, we really do appreciate all views so we can continue to work on becoming a better place to work. Firstly, thank you for your list of Pros, having been here for more than 3 years you will have seen this develop a lot in that time and it's nice to see someone recognise that our pay and benefits are good, so thank you. With regards to your concerns I'd like to address this more generally. From the recent Your Voice survey we have seen a drop in colleague's clarity about our vision for the future and an increasing feeling of disconnection with the LT. This is clearly disappointing to see but we do recognise this as an issue. Over the last 12 months we have been going through the biggest change in our company history as we integrate with Booking.com (which is also our biggest opportunity in our history btw). As a LT we have been spending more time in Amsterdam and this has meant we are not as connected with the day to day as we have been. The good news is we do have a very clear vision for the future, we just have not done a good enough job of sharing it with you guys. From Your Voice and feedback like yours, we are already taking steps to address this and during Oct / Nov have a whole range of activity planned to address this. You will hear more at the all colleague update next week. With regards to career opportunities there isn't a business in the North West with more! It is true we are recruiting a lot of new people but what is not true is a lack of opportunities for current colleagues. I think I signed off 10 internal promotions last week alone. The truth is we are growing fast and as a result need to develop and promote our amazing colleagues as well as bringing talented new colleagues into the business. That's a great position to be in.
