      flexibility hybrid way of working nice benefits from extra leaves, lunch for free even in home office up to discounts when you book your travel great colleagues

      Cons

      in local offices we do not have many opportunities to get promoted, you most of the time have to change the location or also relocate into another country.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
