      The reputation of the firm is great and is well received. The reach back capability is equally great.

      Cons

      The firm is quite large. Even though one has experience in certain areras, because there is no "certification", there is a reluctance to push one forward in these areas.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
