      Decent pay and benefits; opportunities to excel

      Cons

      Company executives do not live up to the values they promote; prior to Trump administration, they used to support PRIDE celebrations, DEI and other diversity programs, but all that changed. CEO is MAGA. Minority employees fear speaking up for themselves.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
