      Good pay, good boss (in my case).

      Cons

      100% travel, frightening instability of the culture, when anything goes wrong they don't investigate, they act like a man on fire desperately trying to put it out at any cost, and you will be that cost.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
