      Pros

      Looks great on your resume! Thats pretty much it. Once you are at Booz and do what you are asked to do, then you can get nearly any job you want with a Fortune 100 company.

      Cons

      Some management are terrible and lack common sense about whats really important for employees and customers. There are more than one or two way(s) to make a profit and achieve customer and employee satisfication, ya know?

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
