Pros
There are so many opportunities that allow you to grow professionally and many diverse projects and roles to work on. It never gets boring. You can shape your career technically or management wise and both are equally encouraged. One thing I would highlight with regards to technical development is the 2500 tuition reimbursement for industry certifications. That is a fantastic benefit! This is a great place for an engineer looking to be more. At the other larger defense contractors you tend to get pigeon holed into being either an engineer or management roles. I wanted more so now I am here.
Cons
Young and inexperienced leadership promotions tend to rattle equal and lower ranks. Experienced hires will tend to be reporting managers in their late twenties early thirties.
