      Huge company with many opportunities. Possible to move around and change your career. Employees are encouraged to improve their knowledge and skillsets.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to competitors. More time seems to be spent on 360-degree employee assessments than actual work.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
