      Pros

      Bosch has great products and strong engineering to support the Customer. Great opportunity to grow work skills and work with large OEM customers. Good benefits package and job security. Opportunity to work in locations across the USA and overseas are plentiful once you are employed for 18 months. A good place to work but you must follow all policy's and be prepared to spend a lot of time making charts, presentations and documenting your work.

      Cons

      Must work at a high level from day 1 and expected to take on more tasks each year. Promotions are hard to come by so don't expect to be a rising star even with hard work. Very bureaucratic as most key decisions come from the German Corporate Leadership. Pays is good but most who leave the company find higher paying positions.

      Pros

      Manager is great - get overtime hours.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
