      Pros

      International company with potential for world travel.

      Cons

      Being a German owned company, most of the key or senior positions were given to Germans. This does not give the local residents the opportunity for growth nor does it motivate an individual to work hard it they know they won't be promoted. Pay scales and vacation is not equal based on locale. Many individuals are working overtime without compensation. Much of the direction comes directly from Germany instead of letting each region run independently.

      Pros

      Manager is great - get overtime hours.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
