      Pros

      My colleagues are social. Work life balance hybrid model

      Cons

      Where do I begin, very limited career prospects with no financial incentive. 2 years and have yet to receive a Christmas gift or salary increase.This was common in all my previous employment. No urgency, management talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. A lot of issues outside my scope have to be resolved by myself.

      Pros

      Most of the people are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Several years without a pay increase mixed with inflation means I make less money every year. The bonuses are more money than what the pay raises would be but bonus payout doesn't grow and can be taken away.
