Great company but poor work life balance at times - Anonymous employee Bose Employee Review

Extremely long work hours due do project deadlines and quite a bit of competition from employees trying to look good and play the 'let's see who can come in the earliest and stay the latest to look impressive' game. Which can very quickly spiral into 12hr days. In-fighting between departments at times. Long term projects cancelled at a whim. Company is so large sometimes it's difficult to get anything done effectively because there are so many checks and balances that can be cumbersome.
