Pros
Decent benefits, work/life balance, some pockets of good people to work with.
Cons
Executive leadership changes direction frequently which leads to lay offs and reorganizations every 6-12 months. This is causing confusion in roles and responsibilities which in turn degrades the organizational culture. Additional responsibilities are being added to already overloaded employees without compensation. Pay and benefits are no longer competitive with other companies in the area.
