      Pros

      Times change, what was once a great place with a great culture has changed as the markets shifts to less expensive products. If you're non-exportable employee it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Anything that can be downsized or shifted overseas will be. Not what it used to be.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.
