Pros

its good company to start a career with but staying for more then 2 yr will definitely affect your growth in the organization. On-time salary but incentives/ bonus are bit slower. Lots of internal politics goes in at floor level, Monotonous work culture whenever your store hits the monthly budget each team members get specific reward points which they can collect and purchase bose products but now a days they are behaving really miser for giving minimum reward points which demotivate the employees where in US everyone is giving points to everyone and appreciating their efforts. Management give you 12 casual leaves, 12 sick leaves, Comp Off and Privilege leave in a year but managers are a bit selfish they dont allow you to take leaves untill and unless something really unfortunate happen in your family

Cons

You don't get weekend offs, Growth is very slow, Taking leaves is a difficult task. too much of pressure regarding sales sometimes even threats are given by the sr. DS or city manager for throwing you out from the company / changing stores etc the appraisal system is very poor sometimes the supervisor / manager takes things on their ego and they give low rating in appraisal of the employee budgets are too high sometimes to achieve Privilege leaves you cannot en-cash and cannot be consider in replacement of notice period you can only use it when all your other leaves are over.

Pros

Most of the people are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Several years without a pay increase mixed with inflation means I make less money every year. The bonuses are more money than what the pay raises would be but bonus payout doesn't grow and can be taken away.
