At the corporate level, Bose has taken a lot of steps to improve the workplace and has implemented a flexible schedule. Bose has a great work from home policy and very good healthcare (Tufts).
Cons
In the most honest way I can put this, Bose supply chain offered quick learning growth in a short period of time but the longevity of the company is not there. It’s that simple. Bose suffered through 2019 with sales and financial viability and with covid and the upcoming recession things are not going to improve. Bose is not a company you should take the next steps of your career with. Bose majorly lacks long term strategy and company growth. The leadership that is in place is not supportive and the culture within supply chain is very poor. No question, turnover will continue to happen. Supply chain leadership team lacks basic teamwork and inclusivity skills. Big egos.
