      Pros

      Very unique and respectful work environment with great engineering talent. Lots of learning opportunities exist. Communication with other engineers across the company is easy. Company is very stable and private and knows how to handle hard times to succeed long term. Exciting research projects!

      Cons

      Very secretive environment at times. Benefits and environment do not match some other newer technology companies - Google, Microsoft, etc. Bose is old fashioned and conservative in some aspects.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
