Recently management has made some very questionable business decisions. The company's focus now seems to be straying away from caring about a great product for the customer and taking care of employees, to focusing on the bottom line. This was once a great American company with values, but recently, much of the talent has been outsourced for cost saving reasons. Communication has been poor, and morale is extremely low in most departments.
