Pros
- Coworkers are smart, hard-working and fun to hang out with - Aaron, Dan and Dylan are transparent, brilliant, incredibly invested in the company and make you want to work harder - Strong reputation in Silicon Valley and among other tech start-ups - Lots of focus on internal mobility (however, many of these are 'lateral' moves with no change in compensation) - Offer a number of workshops to help people improve their skill set (negotiation, project management, etc.) - Lots of women on exec staff and in senior management positions
Cons
- Can't comment about the rest of the company but the pay in Customer Success is easily $20-$25k below market rate. Some of the best people are leaving or open to other opportunities outsides the company, primarily because of this huge gap - As the company has grown, it's become a bit ageist and less of a meritocracy
