Be prepared to be judged, scrutinized and put into a category with an insufficient HR presence to turn to. - Anonymous employee Bridgecrest Employee Review

Pros

The collections floor can be an enjoyable atmosphere when allowed to be. Some departments offer fun games and additional ways to win money or prizes.

Cons

Management is allowed to disrespect and belittle their employees with little presence of an HR department. The upper management team pride themselves on building perceptions of employees, which are often unfounded and incorrect. Once a perception is made, upper management will go out of their way to assure the perception is capitalized upon. Perceptions, right or wrong, are almost impossible to overcome and work life can be overwhelmingly difficult trying to do so.
