      - Great culture and competitive benefits - Really lived their values and saw amazing success during pandemic - Culturally close knit collaborative teams - Acquisition by TechTarget really fundamentally changed the culture

      Cons

      - Way too much of a focus on sales and less on product or engineering - Techtarget acquisitions fundamentally changed/worsened the culture, very legacy practices and principles.
