      Pros

      Great co-workers and facilities. Fantastic work life balance.

      Cons

      Current leadership needs to connect more with employees. There's a lack of motivation within the workforce, probably due to a lack of recognition. Leaders used to spend time getting to know employees. That no longer happens. Lack of innovative ideas to pull the company out of a decline.

      Amazing work culture. Intuitive onboarding process that allows real experience and helps build network internationally. Ingratiate you with company culture by inviting you to workplace events regularly.

      Cons

      Typically only 1 intern in Production Finance. Lots of layoffs recently so I don't know if they still offer the position.
