      Pros

      Decent PTO. Some wonderful people work there.

      Cons

      Companywide layoffs and constant "restructuring". Not a lot of opportunity unless you want to go into sales or account management. Integration of AI was a hot mess and also not enviormentally responsible, but I guess thats to be expected from a logistics company. They care more about how their stocks are doing than the employees.

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO. Use every bit of it to maintain your sanity. Usually opportunities for OT, since they don't keep staffing ratios to keep up with the volume of work that needs to be taken care of.

      Cons

      Significant lay offs and restructuring keep people on edge thinking they'll get the boot next. The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks. Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
