      Good pay, decent leadership as of 2023 and forward, lots of programs to use to help in the day to day, very well known name as well

      Cons

      Extremely heavy work load if you're reimbursed by clients, CBRE holidays don't always apply to client sites so many times corporate offices and accounting will be closed early or for an entire day but you will be in the office

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
