Pros
My position was a remote, you have alot of independence and choice of what you want to focus on/how you do your work. Good work-life balance
Cons
The company although supposedly established, the GWS arm is very segmented and you do not feel you are even part of CBRE. You have barely any benefits (financial, education, social etc), people don't care to build the CBRE GWS culture and inter team development (very different from CBRE BV where they have many events). Not a job i recommend if you want to integrate or meet people. Salary is also below market standard.
