      Friendly team, exposure to large clients. Great office.

      Cons

      Too difficult to get promoted. Promotion rounds are promised then cancelled. You have to be nominated for promotion, fill in an application form, do a presentation and interview to get promoted. Too much work and not enough staff. Unsociable hours.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
