      Benefits, Salary, client facilities/amenities, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      No work/life balance to use the PTO. At the mercy and budget of the client - no resources or tools to do the job. Was told the job would be hybrid in the interviews then started and it was instantly fully onsite. Was told dress was business casual and then they tried to get my team to wear UNIFORMS. Unethical practices - sell their soul for the client.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
