      work culture and flexibility is good. You will be placed in the project as per your skills and interests. Also they have this system of mentor mentee concept where the mentor pushes you to learn based on the market trends

      Projects currently in CDW is bit low as of which you might be placed in th area where you might not be interested to work.

      Pros

      CDW is a solid contracting company. Any time I had an issue or concern they responded quickly and provided clear paths to resolution. Communication was consistent and they handled problems professionally without leaving you to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      As with most contract roles, there is limited visibility into long-term opportunities beyond the assigned engagement.
