My team was very organized and close knit and talented. We were focused on government projects.
Cons
I was told there would be unlimited PTO, but then halfway through the year they said it was limited to less than 2.5 weeks. I had no idea and had taken a few sick days and they counted at PTO so I was unable to properly organize any future time off and it led me to getting really burnt out. They could work on their communication around that better.
