      Working with CDW has provided many opportunities to expand my knowledge and skillset while working with phenomenal coworkers. This is a proactive company so your mind has to adjusted as such.

      Some processes are a bit slow but this is an opportunity to view the process and be proactive in your thinking on how to make it better.

      Pros

      Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

      Cons

      The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
