Pros

It pays well, they let you work from home once a week, the hours are hard at first but then you get better at you job and only have to do about 45-50 hours a week. Tuition reimbursement. Good coworkers that look out for one another.

Cons

Communication is horrible, management does not involve the stake holders. If you go on vacation your paycheck takes a hit because you may lose out on sales. There is no career path or room for advancement. Management is too conservative creating a dependent work environment.

Pros

Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

Cons

The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
