      I have been working at CDW for 15 Years and looking to stay here for another 15! - Very rewarding at the same time can be Very challenging - Great work life balance as long as you prove that you are a performer - Positive Attitude is the key to success at CDW - Love the people I work with, great group. - You Make it Happen Attitude

      Pros

      Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

      Cons

      The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
