9yThanks so much for your feedback. We recently transitioned to our Client-centric Operating Model, which organizes the company around our clients, and we’re already seeing signs that it’s working! Through these changes, we’re reducing complexity so employees can collaborate more effectively and support our clients more efficiently. We know that this transition hasn’t been perfect, but we’re working hard to identify areas where we need to improve and tackle those issues head on.
In terms of communication, we hope you’ll listen to the Employee roundtables, where our CEO and other leaders communicate key happenings in the company. Our Client Sector presidents are holding employee calls as well. You’re also welcome to listen to the quarterly Stockholder calls, where our CEO and CFO communicate CH2M’s financial results and outlook. More than 100 great stories have been posted on the VO, CH2M’s intranet, since January that talk about the operating model change, great wins and exciting awards. We hope you take advantage of these resources so that you’re seeing the focus that management has on growing the business profitably.
