      Very flexible work environment and interested in fostering professional development. If you are motivated, it's easy to find work or fine a role to suit your interests.

      Cons

      Rapid growth leads to changes in culture that seem not as friendly. Too much change and sometimes change is made just for change's sake. Lots of long time employees have been laid off which changes the feeling of the company.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
