      Pros

      Good pay, standard benefits, glamorous title, big company with virtual teams across the globe. The employees are driven and hard working. Everyone prides themselves on doing the job well. But ...

      Cons

      There was not a lot of vision and purpose to the role for which I was hired. In fact, I found the other employees downright hostile to newcomers. I found the work environment very unpleasant. The role for which I was hired did not really materialize the way it was supposed to. And the obsession with time sheets!

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
