stability - during these hard times CHEP is doing well and will be doing so thanks to good strategies coming from Senior Management development of competencies - they let you develop skills and competencies but not always these which are required by yourself experience - you gain nice people, what is the very important factor for taking the decision to start working in the company good level of compensation, but could/should be better
Cons
could pay more for the hard work flat structure - hard to advance/get promotion more and more corpo stress since last year stress rising
