      Good office location in Chicago

      Cons

      Culture is not good. Senior executives are some of the worst I’ve ever worked for. They truly don’t care about anyone other than themselves and their egos. Compensation is low and the best talent always leaves.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Cons

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
