Pros
Some great people, good benefits, flexibility, nice location and office space.
Cons
Grossly unqualified middle management on the gas side. You're put in power if your father worked for the coal mine 30 years ago. Arrogance can only cover incompetence for so long. Keep running the company into bankruptcy guys!
