Big head office departments support. Lots of standards and procedures. Strong cable industry income in US. Strong data center business. Weak in international business.
Cons
Unstable income in the highly competitive telecommunication space. If this year the profit is good, you are safe, but no or limited raise. If this year the book is in red, you are in survivor mode. What you have done in previous years does not matter. The layoff culture is just business as usual for this company.
