Pros
The opportunity to work with Tier 1 clients was amazing along with some of the best people that I have had the good fortune to call my colleagues.
Cons
There is no career path laid out for most roles; in fact, there isn't really any career development going on at all. Employees are working harder with less and trying to hold on to their jobs for dear life.
