How much time do you have? Union job that behaves just like one. The useless political brown nosers get to skate, the scumbags get defense from the union(s), and the ambitious and motivated get the shaft. Management has zero accountability for their actions and they know it. The agreement rules all, especially when it's nonsensical and assinine, and the litigatory system is marsupial to say the least. General attitude in the place was garbage, and your "brothers" exert more effort avoiding remedial tasks than it would require to exceed expectations exponentially. Alliteration aside, it was literally the worst job I've ever had because of the people. If you're slimy, unmotivated, overweight, and have the attitude, wit, and intellect of an inflamed herpe, THIS is the job for you!
