      Pros

      Because the pay is great , the benifits are unheard of cheapest insurance around,and really good insurance, and its nice to be a part of one of the biggest copanies in the U.S.A

      Not really any cons I'm blessed to have such a great job

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
