      Heavy work load, tries to be cutting edge but with minimal planning, management is assigned too many to directs to properly manage them, promises one thing but fails to follow through, pay is not competitive for years of experience

      Great pay and benefits PTO

      Cons

      Long hours and terrible work environment Training is inadequate On call 24/7 with only 2hr notice No holiday pay for road jobs Newer guys/ low seniority never know where they are going to work week to week No overtime potentially if on long mileage run and will still work 12 hours Very stressful job with a lot of responsibility Lots of time away from home and never have a consistent sleep schedule
