      There are many young and highly skilled employees.

      Cons

      Bad management and communication of the vision. There is no trust in the employees with litlle career opportunities. The worst thing is the unjustified layfoffs without any notice period.

      Good parking lot, nice people, free tap water.

      Cons

      CEO likes for work on weekends, so as a result all leadership works weekends. CEO and CFO seem to be obsessed with ES&G and as a result odd decisions are made with respect to hiring and retention.
