Pros
1. Excellent peers 2. R&D folks are some of the most talented people in the industry 3. I had sufficient opportunity to lear 4. As you go higher the perks and compensations are pretty impressive
Cons
1. Poor upper management 2. Sales folk "own" and drive the company (as opposed to the R&D guys) 3. Lots of internal politics (mostly as a result of (2)). Though it IS possible to avoid it, but hard.
