Has completely changed Mid Level management culture - Anonymous employee Cadence Design Systems Employee Review

Very poor management. Management by fear philosophy. Don't trust their employees. Too many high level managers just want to take credit for everyone else's work. Very political right now. People in Key Management positions only care about moving up at any costs. Don't care about the company or the employees.
